I admit it. I am almost always running late. I mean, I get places on time, but only just. I tend to squeeze as many minutes as I can for things that I really want to do. In fact, right now I am due to be at work in 16 minutes.
So something that I thought might be fun to try at this point in my life is to be early. To run 15 minutes ahead for a week, just to see how that feels. To give myself a little breathing room.
I’ll let you know in a week how it goes. In the meantime, I have to get to work. 😀
