List five things you do for fun.

Things I like to do for fun! Aside from hanging out with fam and friends:

1. Music. I love music. The heavier the better lol. Metal is my favorite but I love post-rock too. I play instruments sometimes- piano and cello, although cello has been a while- and I love classical too.
2. Journaling. I like to think of my journals as an ecosystem. 😀 There are too many! I’ve got my regular journal, a night-time journal, an art journal, a junk journal, a reading journal, an inspiration journal, a sticker journal. I swear I don’t know how I ended up with so many. Some of them last me years. Some I finish up pretty quickly.
3. Reading. Just started Blackwater by Michael McDowell. Recently finished Bringer of Dust by J.M. Miro. My reading tastes are all over the place. I’ve finished 5 books so far in January (including audiobooks). Trying to beat my number of books read last year, which I finished around 50. Had a lot of others that I started but either just couldn’t get into or didn’t finish the audio.
4. Writing. Started a book! We’ll see where that goes this year! Currently I’m taking another class on writing memoirs with a local instructor, and that’s been a lot of fun.
5. Being outside. I love camping, hiking, jogging, and going for walks. I love being in the woods but also at the beach.

I’ll be the first to admit that I have too many hobbies and things I like to do for fun. I can’t wait to see what everyone posts on this one!
