I love to walk… and run, although this year has not been a great running year. (Also by run I mean jog. Or very very fast walk lol). Walking and jogging are how I get my daily exercise. It’s how I clear my head. I love getting 10,000+ steps, although my Fitbit is out of commission right now which is such a bummer. It’s my modern-day zen koan: if a person takes 10,000 steps but it’s not tracked, did it even happen? (Obviously not).
But I do it every day- walking, jogging, outside, inside, at the gym, in my apartment. I always park as far away as I can so I can rack up a few more steps. I love the walk-at-home videos, I mean how could you not love Leslie Sansone? I live in an upstairs apartment so God help my neighbors on those walk-at-home nights. ๐ But yeah… every day I’m walking.
